Owner

After helping his former employer build a solar team, Tyler switched over to Impact Solar Energy where he specializes in sales training and marketing strategies. A husband and father of four, Tyler has over 11 years of direct sales experience, most notably in pest control, home security and solar panels.

Jared Gillespie

Owner / President

Jared's 17-year career in direct sales began in 2003, where he went door-to-door selling Satellite TV. From 2005-2013, Jared managed Home Security teams throughout the country. In 2013, Jared was hired to help establish the direct sales program at one of the largest solar companies in the US and led his teams to be the top installing teams in the industry. Jared is married with five children.
